📋 Description
• The Marketing Program Manager plans, designs, and implements all marketing programs for ACG business • Focus on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) for product lines such as Lab Automation and Lab Informatics • Develop business case for appropriate program tactics with EMEA countries • Report success of programs to EMEA - global organization • Govern outbound aspects of regional new product launches and manage services and support portfolio • Own market sensing for assigned market segments within EMEA • Develop and share business intelligence insights to drive sales channel behavior
🎯 Requirements
• University education degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree • Intimate knowledge of the Analytical Instrument markets in Europe • Experience in improving customer lifetime value and the services and support customer journey are a plus • Proficient experience in a business development and/or field marketing environment • Excellent English communication skills (written / oral) • Ability to collaborate equally effective throughout all hierarchical levels • Proven track record in business development, marketing program design or similar • Demonstrated skills in teamwork, results-orientation and strong persistence to reach goals • Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload • Willingness to prioritize tasks and take quick decisions • Ability to work collaboratively cross-organizationally, cross-functionally and within a global matrix environment
