Description

• Support customers’ success with Agilent LCMS hardware and software • Educate customers on Agilent portfolio of LCMS products • Provide post-sales technical and application support • Deliver customized consulting and application support remotely and onsite • Interact with customers to address queries and offer training • Resolve complex system/application engineering problems • Mentor peers and contribute to organization insight

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry or another life-science discipline • 4+ years of work experience with Agilent’s LCMS solutions • Expertise in mass spectroscopy techniques, workflows, and solutions • In-depth knowledge in application implementation and troubleshooting • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Drive, energy, and self-motivation • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to learn new technologies
