• Support customers with installation, maintenance and repair of GC and GCMS systems • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues • Ensure customer satisfaction with preventive maintenance advice • Proactively prevent equipment issues • Deliver integrated solutions • Train other engineers and customers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors, Masters or university-level degree in science or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience with analytical instrumentation • Experience with Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spec (GCMS) • Ability to solve high impact problems • Excellent communication skills • Strong customer relationship building skills • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Valid driver's license
