📋 Description
• Support customers with on-site installation, maintenance, and repair. • Install and optimize systems at customer sites. • Diagnose and resolve product performance issues. • Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. • Advise on preventive maintenance and configurations to prevent issues. • Deliver integrated solutions including peripherals and software. • Train other field engineers and customers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors or master’s degree in science (chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, etc.) • 5+ years in a similar position or as an end user. • Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving. • Desire experience with Agilent solutions. • Clear, respectful, and timely communication skills. • Enjoyment of travel and customer visits.
