Description

• Support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of systems solutions. • Install and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sites. • Diagnose and resolve performance problems. • Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations. • Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent interruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in science field e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar. • 4+ years of experience in a service role or 8+ experience as an end user preferred. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience. • Clear, respectful, and timely verbal and written communication. • Enjoys traveling and visiting customers.
