Description

• Support customers with Agilent GC and GCMS hardware and software • Educate customers on Agilent products • Provide post sales technical and application support • Customize consulting and support remotely and on-site • Travel overnight 75% of the time • Solve complex engineering problems • Mentor peers and contribute technical expertise • Understand customer needs in regulated environments

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry or related field • 4+ years experience with Agilent’s GC and GCMS solutions • Expertise in mass spectroscopy techniques needed • In-depth knowledge in application implementation and troubleshooting • Excellent communication skills required • Confidence to work independently and in a team • Ability to learn new technologies independently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
