Description

• Support customers' success with Agilent GC and GCMS hardware and software • Educate customers on the entire Agilent portfolio of GC and GCMS hardware and software • Provide post sales technical and application support on Agilent's GC and GCMS products • Deliver customized consulting and application support both remotely and at customer sites • Interfacing with customers to answer questions and provide training • Contribute to the effective and expedient resolution of customer problems • Mentoring peers, colleagues and partners to drive workflow and application expertise

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry/Biochemistry or another life-science discipline • 2+ years of work experience with Agilent’s GC and GCMS (SQ and QQQ) solutions • Expertise in mass spectroscopy techniques, workflows and solutions required • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in application implementation and troubleshooting • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills • Drive, energy, and self-motivation • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to learn new technologies on your own • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite • Available for flexible work schedule and business (minimum) 75% business travel
