Description

β€’ Sell Agilent Mass Spectrometry systems and workflows to commercial, government, and academic institutions. β€’ Remain current on Mass Spectrometry market to maintain expertise. β€’ Serve as the mass spectrometry technical liaison between account manager and customers. β€’ Develop and deploy unique strategies to reach customers. β€’ Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle. β€’ Create and deliver seminars that educate and lead to new customers. β€’ Handle complex demands and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related majors. β€’ Industry and/or educational experience related to LCMS and/or GCMS that provided fundamental knowledge of mass spectrometry theories, principles, and applications. β€’ Ability to work as a team by coordinating and communicating with internal resources. β€’ Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers. β€’ Some knowledge of strategic selling. β€’ Understands pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows. β€’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. β€’ Solid presentation skills. β€’ Comfort with asking questions and continually learning.
