Description

• Sell Agilent Mass Spectrometry systems and workflows to commercial, government, and academic institutions. • Remain current on Mass Spectrometry market to maintain expertise. • Serve as the mass spectrometry technical liaison between account manager and customers. • Develop and deploy unique strategies to reach customers. • Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle. • Create and deliver seminars that educate and lead to new customers. • Handle complex demands and relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other related majors. • Industry and/or educational experience related to LCMS and/or GCMS that provided fundamental knowledge of mass spectrometry theories, principles, and applications. • Ability to work as a team by coordinating and communicating with internal resources. • Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers. • Some knowledge of strategic selling. • Understands pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Solid presentation skills. • Comfort with asking questions and continually learning.
