• As a Customer Happiness Executive, enhance customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service. • Serve as the frontline ambassador, providing customer support via calls, emails, and chat. • Actively listen to customer queries and concerns. • Engage in delightful conversations to build trust. • Follow up on open cases related to customer queries. • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. • Upsell and cross-sell membership and Buy4me products. • Ensure timely delivery and update statuses in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer support in Kuwait • Sales Force experience is an added advantage • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
