📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful B2B SaaS products. • Strong expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design. • Experience facilitating customer co-development and discovery workshops. • Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Creative Cloud or other visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools. Proficiency in rapid prototyping. • Deep understanding of front-end technologies and their impact on UX design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working with distributed, multinational teams. • Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field. • Experience designing ERP, CRM, BPM, or legal technology solutions is a plus.
