• Integral role in designing a Culture & Inclusion data dashboard • Research and pull benchmarking data • Identify best practices for dashboards and metrics • Recommend solutions by developing a problem statement, purpose, objectives, and proposed targets • Complete a project for a specific business unit • Interns will spend most time on an individual project • Develop skills relevant to performance and professional development
Requirements
• Ability to perform basic office tasks • Work in an office or outdoor setting • Sit at a desk and work on a computer for an extended period • Walk, sit, crouch, kneel, crawl, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds • Navigate around construction equipment and materials • Walk for more than a mile • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to talk and hear, sit and use hands and fingers, reach in all directions • Some travel required • Clear driver history check required
