Description

• The Data Management team is seeking an intern that is currently pursuing a Masters or PhD in Data Science and/or Advanced Analytics • The Data Science intern may assist in the development of a predictive model(s) and/or surface descriptive / diagnostic analytics aimed at solving a business problem for American Ag Credit • The Data Science intern is responsible for completing a project for a specific business unit or team • Interns will spend the majority of their time on an individual project assignment • The summer internship program is 10 weeks beginning in late May and ending in early August • The internship program begins with a mandatory Orientation and ends with mandatory project presentations

Requirements

• Pursuing a four-year degree or enrolled in a graduate program • Major emphasis in computer science, data analytics, mathematics, physics, computational, economics or related field • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Must be comfortable adapting quickly to new technology and software • Proficient in R and or Python, and SQL Programming Languages • Must have the ability to travel
