Description

• Build highly interactive web-based application UIs • Work with onshore and offshore engineers • Understand product and business goals • Perform code reviews and deliver high-quality software • Encourage collaboration and prioritize development • Identify gaps and advocate for necessary changes • Improve system performance and stability • Collaborate on architectural design decisions

Requirements

• 7+ years of full stack development experience • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React • Experience leading and managing teams • Delivery and support of enterprise software • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Understanding of object-oriented or functional programming design paradigms • Proficiency in developing RESTful microservices and event-based distributed systems • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS • Highly proficient in written and spoken English • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred • Bonus points for healthcare industry experience
