Description
• Seeking an experienced Senior Business Consultant to provide independent advice to farmers • Conduct detailed business reviews to identify improvement areas • Develop and implement business plans for farmers' goals • Assist farmers in accessing funding streams and provide advice on herd health, genetics, and nutrition • Conduct financial analysis and advise on cash flow management
Requirements
• Proven experience in consultancy, with expertise in the livestock and financial sectors • Knowledge of dairy and livestock highly desirable • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans • A good understanding of financial analysis and cash flow management • A relevant degree or professional qualification in agriculture, business, or a related field would be advantageous
