Description

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK and Ireland • Manage and develop the existing customer base • Identify new business opportunities • Deliver on sales targets and ensure the sales team meets objectives • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports • Ensure the team is fully trained and motivated • Work closely with other departments • Represent the company at industry events • Travel within the UK and Ireland as required

Requirements

• 10 years of experience within the Agrochemicals and Crop Protection industry • Strong sales track record, with experience in managing a sales team • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel
