📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Você será responsável por desenvolver ferramentas internas, automatizar processos e criar dashboards inteligentes para dar superpoderes aos nossos times de Operações, Financeiro, Suporte e Customer Success. • Seu foco será construir capacitar nossas equipes com soluções internas eficazes e inteligentes, atuando diretamente com dados, automações e (se você mandar bem) agentes de IA que tornam nossa operação mais ágil e eficiente. • Desenvolver scripts e ferramentas em Python para automatizar rotinas internas; • Criar dashboards e visualizações de dados (pode ser Power BI, Grafana, Dash/Plotly ou o que preferir); • Escrever e otimizar consultas SQL para alimentar painéis e gerar insights para áreas de negócio; • Trabalhar lado a lado com áreas como Operações, Suporte e Financeiro para entender desafios reais e propor soluções técnicas; • Automatizar fluxos manuais, integrações entre sistemas e rotinas com APIs ou LLMs; • Criar (ou ajudar a criar) agentes de IA para interpretação de tickets, automação de atendimento e insights operacionais; • Garantir qualidade e escalabilidade das soluções desenvolvidas, com código bem estruturado e documentado.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência com desenvolvimento em Python; • Domínio de SQL e modelagem de dados; • Experiência em criação de dashboards e relatórios (Power BI, Dash, Grafana, etc.); • Experiência com automação de processos internos, scripts e integração entre sistemas; • Boa capacidade de comunicação com áreas de negócio; • Interesse por resolver problemas reais com eficiência e autonomia.
