📋 Description
• Immediate opening for a Senior Research Associate I - Temporary • Act as the REDCap Administrator/Data Manager • Significant experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting REDCap-based projects • Supporting the REDCap team in project development and management • Leading the development of robust SOPs, guides, and training for staff use • Supporting the analyst team’s data governance efforts • Leading the review and enhancement of REDCap functionality • A cover letter outlining why you are a good fit is required with your application • This role may transition to a permanent position, but not guaranteed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant work experience • Master’s degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience • A minimum of 3 years leading REDCap development and administration • At least 3 years of experience managing large datasets and troubleshooting issues with data management systems • Proficiency with data cleaning, manipulation, and management via code using R • Experience with other analytic tools such as SPSS, Stata, SAS, or Python is also beneficial • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience working on large, fast-paced projects with hard deadlines that must be met • Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings to accommodate project activities • Experience with database management and accessing databases via SQL preferred • Proficiency with other data collection and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, PowerBI, Tableau) is beneficial
