Description
• Lead the design, development and optimization of AI systems for human behavior and scene understanding • Work closely with other technology departments to deploy,monitor and support AI services in hundreds of stores • Promote and enforce best practices in software development, project management, and research • Mentor engineers and contribute to create a collaborative remote team environment, leading the team’s knowledge-sharing efforts • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in AI to assess their potential application in current and future projects • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals, gather feedback, and report progress
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer • Proficiency in Python • Proven experience in leading AI projects, with a focus on computer vision • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms and frameworks • Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills
