🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong backend or full-stack engineering background. • Expertise in backend development, with proficiency in Python or Node.js and modern web frameworks like FastAPI, Express.js, Next.js • Strong software architecture skills, with experience designing and scaling distributed systems and cloud-based applications. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. • Database expertise, including SQL, NoSQL, and data streaming solutions. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and system design. • Ability to mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and drive alignment across technical teams. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical challenges into business impact. • Flexible Work Hours willing to work flexible hours to coordinate with a globally distributed team.
