• Our client, an innovative, client-focused boutique HEOR consulting firm is growing! • We’re looking for a Senior Biostatistician to join their team. • The ideal candidate will have strong backgrounds in biostatistics and proficiency in statistical programming using SAS and/or R. • In this role, you will utilize real world data to generate hypotheses’ and conduct analysis as well as generate value propositions using data sets. • This opportunity is for you if you’re looking for a small organization where you can play a big role in the design and analysis of studies that inform healthcare decision-making and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for their clients. • Additionally, this role is for you if you’re excited about opportunities to build new data platforms and take ownership of new projects!

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in biostatistics within the HEOR or pharmaceutical industry, or a relevant industry. • Proficiency in statistical programming languages including SAS and R; experience with other programming tools (e.g., Python, Stata) is a plus. • Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and their applications in health economics and outcomes research. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively. • Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial spirited and an openness to out of the box creative problem solving. • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) databases and claims databases is preferred.
