📋 Description

• Air is a Creative Ops System for Marketers that automates repetitive tasks. • Principal Designer will lead and deliver exceptional design outcomes. • Focused on executing high-impact product design with minimal oversight. • Shape and drive Air’s design vision for customer needs and company goals. • Lead user research initiatives and refine design approaches. • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Influence design workflows across cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting design concepts, strategy, and research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to take concepts and ideas to execution and close, embracing both big-picture objectives and following through on details. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a passion for pixel perfection, consistency, organization, usability, and discoverability. • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Familiarity with HTML / CSS / Javascript is a plus!
