• Airalo is the world’s first eSIM store helping people connect in over 200+ countries. • Seeking a Principal Brand Manager to support rapid global growth. • Develop the vision, story, and systems for the Airalo brand. • Integrate the brand into every touchpoint of the organization.
• 8+ years of relevant brand strategy experience in fast-growth, tech-enabled organizations. • Strong communication skills, translating complex topics into simple narratives across regions. • Experience with brand architecture, archetypes, and systems. • Passion for research and understanding of brand measurement and KPIs. • Track record of delivering inspirational creative ideas. • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. • Proven experience in developing brands and managing projects across different time zones. • Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including group presentations and public speaking. • High-quality judgment, decision-making, and strong analytical skills.
