Description

• Contribute to advancing Information Security protections and related operations. • Collaborate across the Information Security team and business organizations. • Support, scale, and advance security functions with data analytics and ML models. • Develop processes where little exists across large organizations. • Drive technology changes to improve capabilities to protect Airbnb.

Requirements

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning. • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS/ML or related field. • Strong programming skills (Scala / Python / Java/ C++ or equivalent) and data engineering skills. • Deep understanding of Machine Learning best practices and algorithms. • Experience with 3 or more of these technologies: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, data warehouse. • Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning infrastructure and/or productionizing models. • Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications. • Experience with test driven development and A/B testing. • Experience with Information Security or similar domains. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence and lead initiatives.
