Description

• Spearhead AI strategy for enhancing developer productivity across the development lifecycle. • Formulate AI for Developer strategy and incorporate AI into daily developer tools. • Collaborate with engineering leaders to adopt new capabilities. • Act as a player/coach ensuring code quality and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years industry experience. • Extensive experience with developer tooling and platforms, ideally with tools, frameworks, or systems commonly used in the industry • Demonstrated experience in applying AI/ML and Generative AI technologies within the context of software development is a huge plus • Ability to create a culture of technical excellence • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience • Proficiency in one or more back-end server languages (Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.) • Experienced in architectural patterns of a high-scale distributed products/services, such as well-designed APIs, data pipelines and efficient algorithms
