Description

β€’ The Marketing Manager, New Growth Channels role sits within the Performance Marketing Team and is responsible for driving a test and learn culture across the team. They will be responsible for reporting, analysis, A/B testing ads, and ensuring we have the right mix of channels in place to deliver an impactful performance marketing program β€’ This position can be based in the Bay Area or in our NYC HQ

Requirements

β€’ 5 years+ experience working digital advertising, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or an agency working with B2B clients β€’ Deep expertise of Paid Acquisition Channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ideally holds Google ads and Meta blueprint certifications β€’ Knowledge of the wider digital marketing environment and some experience with review sites, podcast advertising is a plus β€’ Experience working with and implementing Ad Tech β€’ Expert of Analysis & Reporting Tools (GA4, Supermetrics, etc) β€’ Creation of assets, ad copy, AB tests, data driven files β€’ Ability to audit accounts and make recommendations β€’ Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel

Be the go-to person on performance marketing results and insights β€’ Identify opportunities for channel optimisation and work with the team to implement. Create robust testing plans and processes to ensure continually testing different approaches β€’ Identify new channels that will drive awareness, consideration, or conversion within our target ICP β€’ Support outbound marketing efforts through the implementation of intent data and working with regional marketers to deliver 1 to many ABM activity β€’ Own the relationship with product marketing, content, creative, and campaigns. Create a closed-loop system to ensure ad performance informs our future creative. Continually test new formats and messaging β€’ Manage budget, vendor relationships, and invoicing. Advise team on digital marketing mix and budgets based on past performance β€’ Leverage vendor relationships to discover new opportunities, betas, etc. to stay at the leading edge of performance marketing β€’ Present results and findings to senior leadership as required β€’ Work closely with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure we have the right attribution and reporting in place to deliver an effective digital marketing program β€’ Identify opportunities for efficiencies through Ad Tech and automation and work cross functionally to improve advertising operations
