Description

• Uphold the integrity of the Aircall brand across various marketing and channel platforms. • Drive the refinement of the Aircall brand through ideation and implementation of digital and print campaigns. • Take ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion. • Demonstrate strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across departments. • Enhance and fortify the visual identity toolkit for Aircall while staying aligned with brand ethos. • Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure visual coherence across all channels. • Provide guidance to less experienced designers on the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree• 8+ years of experience with a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess. • Experience in conversion and data-driven design. • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills. • Proven track record in maintaining brand consistency across channels and campaigns. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Slides, with knowledge of front-end development best practices. • Experience communicating with stakeholders.
