🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred). • 5-8 years of relevant experience in billing and collections, preferably in healthcare. • 1-2 years of leadership or training experience preferred. • Strong understanding of medical billing terminology and insurance claims processing. • Knowledge of Government, Commercial, and Private payer systems. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, reimbursement policies, and collections procedures. • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and develop a team. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
