• AIRS Medical Inc. is a medical AI startup improving patient experience and efficiency • Developing marketing strategy for EMEA regional market • Aligning with global marketing while tailoring design and messaging • Activities include exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and digital marketing • Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, collaboration with various teams
Requirements
• Planning and managing marketing initiatives (ex: in-person events and digital marketing) to ensure product and company exposure • Collaborate with marketing, business development and sales teams to develop market-appropriate value propositions, product positioning and messaging • Ensure legal and regulatory approval of marketing materials prior to release • Ensure that regional marketing campaign aligns with the global marketing plan and collaborate with regional marketing on selecting the appropriate product strategies in the region • 5+ years of experience in a role related to healthcare marketing • Ability to generate key messages for product commercialization based on market and customer insights • Hands-on experience with planning and executing conferences and tradeshows (15+ events in EMEA each year) • Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media • Clear and inspirational people-skills towards customers as well as cross-functional teams • Excellent project management & prioritization skills that get things done • Willingness to travel across the country and communicate with teammates around the globe • Must be located in the EU • Fluent in English and German • 1+ years experience in engineering or sales position, other than marketing • Experience with AI and/or radiology-focused product/company/industry • Familiarity with working in a startup environment & culture • Innate craving for innovating how we think and work - to challenge processes, develop new ideas, and execute them
