• As the Leader of MarTech, responsible for a world class digital experience for Marketing teams. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing stakeholders and curate capability-driven roadmap. • Lead Marketing digital transformation and ensure support for systems. • Define success metrics and engage with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in leading large-scale marketing technology transformations. • 5+ years in people management. • Strong performance record in successfully managing marketing programs. • Ability to prioritize and drive decisions in a dynamic environment. • Deep expertise in designing Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automations. • Expertise in scaling campaign management platforms. • Exceptional business and technical acumen for data-driven decisions. • Solid experience with Marketo, Iterable, 6sense, drift, and other GTM technologies. • Familiar with application of GenAI in marketing. • Team player with collaborative skills and coaching abilities. • Capable of driving conversions and influencing business strategies. • Problem solving, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. • Proven ability to diagnose issues and deploy fixes. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent.
