📋 Description
• Design, plan, and model data platform solutions on Azure. • Lead the design and architecture of data solutions using Azure Databricks. • Develop and implement data models that support business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Cognos, and Tableau. • Create, manage, and optimize data pipelines for high-volume production systems. • Use programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R to access, transform, and analyze data. • Deploy and manage Databricks notebooks and workflows to streamline data processing and analytics. • Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to iteratively develop and deliver data products. • Continuously optimize data pipeline performance to ensure efficiency and reliability in data processing.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in developing cloud-based data solutions, with a strong emphasis on Azure. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certification. • Extensive experience in architecting data solutions using microservices principles with Databricks on Azure and Collibra or Purview. • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. • Proven track record in optimizing data pipeline performance. • Proficient in data transformation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, and R. • Deep understanding of Databricks workflows and deployment processes. • Expertise in data modelling for business intelligence platforms like Power BI, Cognos, and Tableau. • Strong experience in Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
