Description

• Coordinate the implementation and onboarding of projects with clients • Management of implementation projects for new clients • Mediating with other areas of the company to meet customer needs • Periodic meetings with clients to evaluate progress and project status • Identify stakeholders within the client and generate synergy for smooth customer relations • Applying Aivo&Engageware's processes for the implementation of products • Providing materials and facilitating training for the account launch

Requirements

• University/tertiary education in Information Systems, IT project management, or related careers • Advanced English • At least 3 years of experience in project management and client relationships • Minimum 3 years of experience working with English-speaking clients • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS company implementations • Experience leading implementation teams (technical and non-technical) • Experience implementing virtual assistants (highly desirable) • Experience in Customer Experience • Agile methodologies • Handling of support and project management tools • Basic technical knowledge in system integration via APIs/Web services
