• We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Associate to join our sales team throughout Europe and the US. • This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to fast-track their Business Development career in life sciences. • Hunting for new business from potential biotech and pharmaceutical companies using phone calls, business intelligence, social media, and CRM tools. • Support scheduling and planning of prospect meetings. • Attend (virtual/in-person) regional and national marketing events for lead generation. • Create and drive marketing campaigns. • Identify potential sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience and proven business development success in the clinical trials/ CRO industry in sales, operations or purchasing/outsourcing. • Excellent oral and written communication skills is a must have. • English required. • Demonstrated experience communicating with biotech and pharmaceutical clients. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences or related field of study and/or equivalent experience.
