Description

• Guide, support, and manage one or multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles and frameworks • Mentor and coach the teams in Agile methodologies, promoting the adoption of Scrum best practices • Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints • Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress • Drive continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes • Work closely with QA and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities • Facilitate collaboration among the scrum teams ensuring effective communication and coordination • Support the process of release reporting by providing team performance metrics and contribute to management update meetings

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, information technology or a related field • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in software product development • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certifications • Proven ability to mentor and coach teams in agile methodologies and have excellent collaboration and leadership skills • Strong communicator fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in German is an advantage • Experienced with agile project management tools (e. g., Jira) • Experience as a developer, business analyst or product owner in fintech or wealth tech and knowledge of scaling agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS are a plus
