• This is a remote position. • Being a HR Consultant, we empower you to grab the respective or similar opportunity across India, especially in Data Science & Analytics domain (i.e., Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, Financial Analyst, Quality Analyst, Security Analyst, Data Analyst, Cloud Analyst, Testing Analyst, Product Analyst, Program Analyst, Project Analyst, IT Operations Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Sales Analyst or similar roles) with the support of HR Leaders & Associations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with relevant domain Knowledge. • Ability to analyze existing tools & databases with provided software solution. • Ability to translate business requirements into nontechnical, lay terms. • High-level experience in methodologies & processes for managing large-scale databases. • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. • Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. • Advanced course work in machine learning and programming. • Experience using data visualization tools. • Experience with data querying languages & statistical or mathematical software. • Proficient in writing algorithms & knowing when to apply them. • Excellent understanding of statistics, multi variable calculus & linear algebra. • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. • High-level written & verbal communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes & workplace investigations. • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
