• Company Overview: • Alabaster Co is a leading brand specializing in beautifully designed Bibles and books for the Christian market. • We pride ourselves on our hard-working, fast-paced, and innovative culture. • Our tight-knit team is dedicated to excellence and driven by a passion for creating meaningful and impactful products. • Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of product development projects from start to finish. • This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of products that meet market needs and company goals. • This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can balance multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the product development process from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on track with time, budget, and goals. • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to align product development schedules with market needs and company objectives. • Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and manage resource to ensure on-time delivery of products. • Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to avoid delays. • Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress. • Keep all project documents organized and accessible for the teams involved. • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth product transitions from development to production and distribution. • Assist in analyzing product performance after launch and use the insights to improve future products. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to keep the development process competitive and innovative. • Location and Work Environment: This is a contracted position and will be performed remotely.
