Description
• We're growing our Inbound Sales team in France. • Our Inbound Sales team is in charge of closing inbound requests from leads with 1 to 5 employees (Independent workers, very small companies, individuals). • You’ll be in charge of the whole sales cycle from qualification to closing by educating prospects and providing inspiring arguments to transform them into convinced customers. • You are expected to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. • We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company.
Requirements
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a Sales role including closing experience • Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above), and advanced level in English • Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills • You show a great balance between Active Listening and Assertiveness when interacting with your prospects • Have natural empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team • Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
