• Support sales teams on large deals and requests for proposals • In client meetings, provide clarity and trust on our technical solutions • Build delightful insurance products meeting both our members needs and legal requirements • Support key account managers for renewal of our most strategic clients • Continuously build tools and content to scale our process and empower our sales team
• Have 2+ years of experience in health insurance • Are capable of understanding and challenging technical, data, legal and business questions related to health insurance • Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style • Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, learning, and teaching • Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo • Have strong written communication skills • Are fluent in English (Alan’s working language)
