Description
• Product designers at Alan develop a product vision and enable teams to explore. • Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller. • Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking. • Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers. • Mentor junior designers, increasing collective performance and quality across the team. • Deliver a UI consistent with Alan’s brand. • Evaluate and maintain the quality of Alan’s product.
Requirements
• You will be a great fit if you have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing and building product(s). • You are experienced in shipping high-quality products within a product and engineering team. • You have previous experiences where you coached junior designers. • You have a proven expertise in UX, UI, and visual design. Able to deliver production-ready assets for development. • You are fluent in English. French is not mandatory.
