Requirements
• Marketing background • Experience in scale-up is a plus • At least 8-10 years of content management experience • Level C2 French, with perfect written syntax to build the best content • At least level C1 in English, for internal communication purposes (all in English) • Enthusiastic about impacting health of millions of people • Team player, reliable and able to work easily with various types of roles: Sales, Data, Product, Design, People, … • Creative, and able to think outside the box & suggest innovative content solutions • While being strongly rigorous and logical about content’s architecture, marketing funnel and messaging • Collaborative, able to act as a thinking partner to all crews • Hands-on, ability to be autonomous to create content • Challenger about past decisions that have been made at Alan • B2B Sales & Marketing strong knowledge • Thought leadership deep knowledge • Content creation know-how • B2B Event deep knowledge • Distribution strong experience • Generative AI knowledge • Content project management • Reporting tool experience • Copywriting excellence
