• As our Head of Marketing, you will report directly to our CEO and be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, driving growth, and strengthening our brand presence across online and offline channels. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. • Manage and lead the current marketing team, coordinating with the other units requirements. • Drive paid marketing strategies and execute acquisition campaigns. • Oversee budget allocation for media and brand initiatives, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI. • Ensure projects have a clear timeline, making sure all stakeholders efficiently produce all stages of the process, from ideation to final execution. • Developing, championing, and instilling a rigorous, analytical, and data-driven approach to all marketing activities and ensuring that the marketing mix is optimized across channels (both on- and offline), under smart and healthy growth methodologies. • Work closely with product, business development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in B2B and B2C strategies. • At least 3 years in a leadership role managing a marketing team. • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a strong plus. • Expertise in branding, content strategy, and performance marketing. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on results. • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. • Customer Centricity: You're customer-obsessed, constantly thinking about improving the customer experience. • Hands-on: We’re looking for a comfortable and willing leader to be a hands-on contributor. • Done is better than perfect: As things change and move quickly, you are excited by the fast pace and opportunity to constantly learn and help your team learn. • Communication: Excellent ability to communicate internally and externally, quickly build relationships, and work cross-functionally. • Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. • Results & Data Driven: You understand the business metrics you are responsible for, and you demonstrate these insights to drive constant improvement.
