• Execute and manage paid digital media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.). • Monitor and report on the performance of digital media efforts, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns. • Track and analyze the performance of paid social media campaigns. • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various product lines to understand business objectives and align media strategies accordingly. • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external media suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of campaigns. • Support the coordination and management of offline media efforts (e.g., radio, TV, print) in collaboration with external media vendors. • Ensure seamless integration between offline and online media strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in digital media management, including paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. • Proficiency in managing and analyzing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and others. • Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. • Excellent organizational abilities. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present campaign performance and recommendations. • Communication skills to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
