• Data Analysis and Reporting • Develop and maintain top-of-funnel acquisition reports , focusing on performance metrics for digital media channels. • Create middle-funnel/onboarding acquisition reports for debit and credit products, identifying key opportunities for improvement. • Design and deliver reports on cross-selling performance between debit and credit products, offering insights into campaign effectiveness. • Strategic Insights and Recommendations • Measure the performance of CRM and digital media campaigns , evaluating their impact on business goals such as revenue and customer acquisition. • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, gaps, and areas for optimization. • Provide actionable business insights derived from data analysis, with a focus on revenue growth and acquisition impact . • Propose optimization strategies to improve campaign conversion rates and overall marketing effectiveness. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics Statistics, Data Science or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, campaign tracking, or a similar role. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and Excel (advanced level). • Expertise in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Firebase Analytics for data visualization and reporting. • Proven ability to derive actionable business insights from data and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. • Experience measuring and optimizing marketing funnel performance (Top of Funnel, Middle Funnel, Cross-Selling).
