β€’ We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our legal team. β€’ This position will primarily support the contracting function, but will also assist with other needs and initiatives within the legal department. β€’ This position will oversee day-to-day implementation, use and maintenance of IronClad, create and maintain contracting templates and workflows, and interact with the contracts team to ensure that contracting needs are met. β€’ Experience using or maintaining a contract management system is a prerequisite for this role. β€’ We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of relevant experience in a contracts management, contracts administration, or legal operations role β€’ Experience implementing and maintaining IronClad or other cloud-based contract management systems β€’ Experience integrating IronClad with Salesforce, DocuSign or other technologies β€’ Strong project management, technical and communication skills β€’ Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through β€’ Strong organizational and time management abilities β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive work relationships at all levels across the organization β€’ Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and Adobe Acrobat β€’ Willingness to roll your sleeves up and take on additional projects as necessary β€’ Effective leadership abilities to delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback
