📋 Description

• The Senior Director of Communications will provide oversight and day to day management of internal and external communications teams and partner with the SVP to determine and adjust strategic direction of the function. • This leader will serve as the deputy communications leader for Aledade and provide oversight of cross functional committees including Communications Steering Committee, Risk Governance, and crisis command centers as needed, coordinating across leaders and teams to achieve communications results matching strategic objectives. • Additionally, the Senior Director will work closely with the SVP Communications to develop skills, learning opportunities and assess and manage operational needs across the team. • We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field • 15+ years in progressive experience in Communications roles, including 8+ years people management experience
