📋 Description

• As the Senior Security Manager, you will lead by being a highly technical leader who delivers high business impact on projects of increasing dependencies and ambiguity. • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Security Manager specializing in security tooling to lead our organization’s efforts in selecting, implementing, and managing the suite of security tools required to maintain a robust security posture. • This role requires extensive technical expertise in security technologies, including their deployment, optimization, and management. • The successful candidate will work closely with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure that all security tools are functioning optimally and addressing the organization’s needs. • This candidate will have deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance practices, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a proactive security posture. • You will lead a team of individual contributors focused on protecting patients, our employees, and Aledade as a whole. • At Aledade, we empower primary care physicians with technology to keep their patients healthy, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations.

🎯 Requirements

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in designing, building, or operating data protection services • 5+ years of building and leading highly complex, technical security teams
