Description

• Aledade is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Senior Vice President (SVP) of FP&A and Strategic Finance to join our Finance team in advancing our mission to improve healthcare. • Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the SVP will drive financial performance, develop strategic financial plans, and support both short- and long-term business objectives. • This individual must bring financial discipline, entrepreneurial thinking, and analytical rigor to achieve results. • This role will oversee corporate FP&A and Aledade’s team of finance business partners, delivering strategic guidance through a financial lens across the organization. • We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

• 15+ years progressive working experience with a combination of FP&A and strategic finance leadership. • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a healthcare focused company. • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance related field, Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
