• Identify, assess, and analyze M&A opportunities • Build and review detailed financial models • Prepare investor materials like pitch decks and Information Memoranda • Perform in-depth company and industry research • Support the sourcing, assessment, and execution of deals
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance • Degree in finance or related field, or CFA/ACA certification • Greek С1+, English С1+ • Skilled in financial modeling, transaction procedures, and valuation methods • Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson, Capital IQ, or similar platforms • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently
