Description

• An international tech company specializing in modern operating systems for hosting providers is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer. • They have over 4,500 clients including Dell, GoDaddy, IBM, Zoom among others. • The company was founded in 2009 in the USA and has 250+ professionals. • You will work on providing automated kernel security updates for popular Linux distributions. • It is a fully remote company with flexible hours, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer position (or similar) • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking technologies • Strong understanding of RHEL and its derivative operating systems, including CentOS and AlmaLinux • Experience with a variety of computing environments such as bare-metal servers, virtual machines and containers • Knowledge of how to monitor infrastructure components and services • Familiarity with Ansible and other configuration management tools • Experience with at least one commercial cloud provider such as AWS, Azure or GCP • Knowledge of at least one common scripting language such as Bash or Python • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab or Jenkins. • Familiarity with the Git version control system • English B2+
