• 3+ years experience as a video editor. • A proven ability to create digital static & video assets, display advertising, social deliverables and other marketing assets that grab attention. • A portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of Premiere Pro & After Effects. • A proven track record of creating fresh-n-exciting video elements. • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve would be a big plus. • The knowhow to create easy-to-follow storyboards for video projects, ensuring a clear narrative flow and alignment with project goals. • The chops to create eye-catching video content that promotes our brand. • An ear for the perfect musical background. And you know how to source and enhance the perfect voice-over files. • A working knowledge of how AI tools can make your work better and more efficient. • The know-how to interpret marketing reports, figure out what’s working (and what’s not), and use that info to make your content even better. • A collaborative personality. We’ll want to know that you can work closely with graphic designers, writers, and project stakeholders. • Encyclopedic knowledge of the best practices for YouTube and Facebook. • Experience working in a digital marketing environment.
