📋 Description
• Seeking an experienced and skilled System Administrator to provide support for WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat environments. • Responsible for answering and troubleshooting support requests, renewing SSL/TLS certificates, and running Ansible playbooks. • Monitoring WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat application servers for performance, availability, and security using Dynatrace and Splunk. • Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks. • Respond to and resolve alerts and incidents promptly. • Provide first and second-level support for WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat environments. • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. • Manage and troubleshoot server logs, configurations, and connectivity issues. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the middleware stack. • Support implementation activities and incident resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have strong knowledge of WebLogic, Apache HTTP Server, and Tomcat application servers in a Linux environment. • Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management (installation, renewal, troubleshooting) • Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk. • 2-4 years of experience in system administration or middleware support roles. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team in a challenging environment.
