Description

• Design compensation packages and bonus programs • Identify trends and implement practices to engage employees • Ensure compliance and governance of plan operations • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend updates • Keep track of prevailing pay rates • Structure compensation for organizational value • Assess and update benefits and compensation procedures • Resolve compensation-related issues • Prepare reports and presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experience with compensation in a SaaS company • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst /Administrator role • Experience within a Compensation/Reward function • Strong Excel modeling and presentation skills • Good appreciation of the behavioral effects of remuneration design • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Proficiency with salesforce.com and Xactly commission tool • Experience with CPQ tools is a plus
